I have facilitated and devised training programmes since 2007 which has enabled me to work across a variety of settings and enhanced the diversity of my portfolio of work.  I have advised on implementing psychologically informed workshops/training and bespoke interventions to staff (including senior leaders) who are working within potential crisis settings (e.g. Cabinet Office COVID-19 Taskforce); delivered training on leadership and service development; trained other professionals (including psychologists; police) on using psychometrics and working with particular client groups.  I have also provided devised, supervised and facilitated training across HMPPS, NHS and private sectors on various projects and guided others on how to assess the efficacy of training programmes and adapting material to be responsive to the commissioners/stakeholders.
